We need to know who will be rooming together to get that info to the hotel by the end of January. Fill out the form below to ensure you have a say in who you room with. Chaperones will make lists and post here when they are complete so you can see before we send list to the hotel. We have 9 girls rooms and 2 boys rooms (see the image to the left).

Roommate list for Hotel Rooms:
We met as a team of chaperones to really comb through your roommate requests and we think that the rooms that we have placed you in will satisfy everyone's requests. We made a small change to the list (rooms 2 and 7) from the list posted yesterday. It is difficult to get everyone exactly what they want and we want you to know that we tried our best to match everyone with those that will be accommodating. Please remember you will only be in the rooms to sleep the rest of the trip you can travel with whoever you want unless we are in arts themed groups for a small part of the day. We thank you all for your imput.
