May 1- Hotel has been booked!  We will be staying at the 4 Points by Sheraton Midtown- Times Square.  Click on the Hotel page for a link to the hotel webpage, some pictures and a map of the location.

April 16-  We have 42 travellers who have registered and paid deposits!  There are still 8 more spots to fill so if you know of any others who would like to join the trip send them to Ms. Waldo!  We have left registration open until the fall to see if we can get to our goal of 50 student travellers.

We are busy booking flights and hotels right now and will meet with students after the Easter Break to fill them in on what is happening with the planning and send home a newsletter to keep parents informed too. 

We will have 2 more Parent Information Nights before we depart- one in the fall (February-ish) and one a month before we depart for any final information and updates if needed.  We will meet with student travellers a few times in between the parent meetings to educate travellers on our itinerary, get to know eachother and learn the travel requirements and rules.
